LODGE & TOURISM ASSISTANCE
Namibia’s lodges, safari operations, and tourism destinations often operate in remote wilderness areas where access to medical facilities can be limited. Medical Rescue Africa (MRA) delivers reliable, professional medical support tailored to the unique needs of the tourism sector – ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff alike.
On-Site Medical Support
MRA can provide on-site medics, nurses, or doctors for lodges and safari operations. Our teams are equipped to manage a wide range of medical issues, from minor injuries and insect bites to serious emergencies requiring stabilisation and evacuation. This immediate on-site response helps prevent complications and ensures guests feel safe throughout their stay.

24-Hour Telemedicine Services
Our 24-hour Response Centre connects lodge staff and guests to MRA doctors via secure video or audio consultations. This service enables rapid diagnosis and treatment guidance without requiring long trips to the nearest clinic or hospital – an invaluable advantage in remote areas.
Medical Evacuation Readiness
In the event of a critical medical situation, MRA coordinates and executes emergency evacuations using our ALS aeromedical team and dedicated fixed-wing aircraft. We manage every stage – from on-site assessment to admission at the most suitable hospital – ensuring a safe, efficient, and stress-free process for guests and operators.
