The MRA Mayday Panic/Assistance App provides a communication platform for our clients. In times of high stress or emergency simple tasks such as finding an emergency number or remembering an emergency number is a daunting task. The introduction of the panic and assistance app gives the user a centralised solution to access medical, security and roadside assistance at the tap of a button. The purpose of the app is to equip our current clients with a dedicated support structure through MRA and its 24-hour call center aid irrespective of it being a medical emergency, a security concern, or a flat tire in a remote area. This gives peace of mind to clients, that they need only one company to support them personally, their family or employees in a crisis. The App is available on Android, IOS and Huawei platforms and with the added benefit of linking smart devices making activation even easier.
