24/7 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTRE
MRA has its own 24-hour Call Centre with trained and dedicated operators utilising state of the art equipment and aviation information technology. The Call Centre liaises with local and international Medical Aid, insurance and medical assistance companies to help facilitate and coordinate medical evacuations, and medical repatriation services.

MRA also provides unique database information technology for its clients and stakeholders, giving peace of mind that specialized help is available at a moment’s notice.

All aircraft and vehicles are monitored through approved tracking systems which provide the Call Centre with reliable real-time tracking data and GPS positioning.
MAYDAY PANIC/ASSISTANCE APP
This App provides a communication platform for our clients. In times of high stress or emergency simple tasks such as finding an emergency number or remembering an emergency number is a daunting task. The introduction of panic and assistance app gives the user a centralised solution to access medical, security and roadside assistance at the tap of a button. The current app is created through AURA, an international company providing access services the world with major support centres in the UK, South Africa, and Kenya. The purpose of the app is to equip our current clients with a dedicated support structure through MRA and its 24-hour call centre aid irrespective of it being a medical emergency, a security concern, or a flat tire in a remote area. This gives peace of mind to clients, that they need only one company to support them personally, their family or employees in a crisis. The App is available on Android, IOS and Huawei platforms and with the added benefit of linking smart devices making activation even easier.
REMOTE SITE TELEMEDICINE
Remote Site Telemedicine uses telecommunications technology to deliver medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment to patients in remote or underserved areas where in-person care is limited or unavailable.
