24-HOUR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTRE
The emergency response center utilizes state-of-the-art information technology systems that enable us to respond to requests on a wide variety of platforms and to ensure that communication in an emergency is conducted in an efficient and effective manner. The ERC is based in Windhoek, Namibia and is manned on a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week basis. Our ERC operators are trained to assist and respond to the most difficult medical and aeromedical situations across the African continent. Offering seamless communication between flight operations, emergency operators on the ground, medical doctors, insurance companies and receiving medical facilities, the ERC is vital for ensuring an efficient medical rescue.

Staffed by experienced emergency coordinators, paramedics, and support specialists, the EOC manages all incoming medical calls and dispatches the appropriate resources – whether it’s connecting you to a doctor via telemedicine, deploying an on-site medical team, or launching an aeromedical evacuation.
