Through our 24-hour Response Centre, your site has immediate access to MRA doctors via secure video or audio calls. This service allows for real-time diagnosis, treatment guidance, and medical decision-making without the need for off-site travel, helping keep projects on schedule.

Medical Evacuation Readiness

When a serious incident occurs, MRA coordinates swift medical evacuations using our ALS aeromedical team and dedicated fixed-wing aircraft. We manage every stage of the process – from on-site stabilisation to hospital admission – ensuring the fastest possible access to advanced care.
